Subscribers may request permission to share individual stories with colleagues or reprint pieces in their own newsletters. In exchange, we ask that subscribers respect our copyright by securing written permission for any reproduction, electronic or otherwise, of our content.
Who owns the Alaska Budget Report?
The Alaska Budget Report is independently owned and operated. It is published by ABR Company, which is owned by Rebecca Braun. Capital Information Group began publishing the report in 1991 with Gregg Erickson as editor and Judith Erickson as publisher. The Ericksons remain on the staff of the report.
How is the report delivered?
Subscribers may opt to receive the publication electronically, by mail, or both. Subscribers within the Capitol or in close proximity to it also have an option to receive hand-delivered print copies.
Who subscribes to the report?
Subscribers include federal, state and local government agencies, lobbyists, non-profit organizations, businesses, elected officials and news agencies. Our renewal rate is over 90 percent.
What is the current subscription rate?
The Alaska Budget Report's standard 2006 rate is $2,397. Coverage of extended and special sessions is provided at $117 for each week or fractional week. Special rates and promotions may be available.
